These Marks, and all associated logos or images, including, but not limited to, the FBnKStyle oval logo, the Foxy Character, the Bunny Character, the Kitty Character, the Foxy, Bunny and Kitty Wahine Collection characters, the Foxy, Bunny and Kitty Samurai Girl Collection characters, the FBnK name and logo font, the FBnK heart and bones image, the Wahine Collection name, the Samurai Girl Collection name, LICIOUS Styles, Foxylicious, Bunnylicious, and Kittylicious, are registered and/or common law trademarks of and solely owned by FBnK and are protected by the laws of the United States and recognized treaties and international laws, including but not limited to laws and treaties governing trademark and trade dress and other intellectual property rights. No license to use these Marks is granted to any user or visitor to the Web Site without the express written consent of FBnK. Any misuse of the Marks displayed on the Web Site is expressly prohibited. The use of the Marks of FBnK by reproduction, publishing or displaying, without the express written consent of FBnK is strictly prohibited. The personal and non-commercial printing, downloading, or copying of any of the Web Site page contents displayed on the Web Site is allowed if such use is not in violation of any other term, condition, rule or regulation stated herein. JURISDICTION
FBnK’s primary place of business is the state of California, U.S.A. Any action arising out of the use of the Web Site or relating to the Web Site seeking legal or equitable relief shall be brought only in the courts of the state of California or the United States District Court for the Central District of California. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items that are not worn, washed or otherwise used may be returned for a refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of the date of purchase. A refund will only be given if the original tag is still attached to the item. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For returns, please contact us at customerservice@fbnkstyle.com for instructions. Items that are not worn, washed or otherwise used may be exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. If the exchanged item’s dollar amount is less than the new item’s dollar amount, store credit will be given for the difference. If the exchanged item’s dollar amount is less than or equal to the new item’s dollar amount, no additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred. PICTURE POSTING POLICY
FBnK accepts the submission of pictures of our friends wearing our products to be posted on our FBnK World View page. By submitting a picture the submittor is expressly agreeing to the posting of the picture on the FBnK webpage for the purposes of promoting FBnK products and the FBnK brand names, and to the granting of the license to use and ownership of the picture and its contents to FBnK. FBnK agrees to only use the submitted pictures in connection with the promotion of its products on its websites. FBnK expressly reserves the right to refuse to post any submitted pictures for any reason. By submitting a picture to FBnK, the submittor is expressly representing that all pictures and images submitted are the property of the submittor and that the submittor has the right to transfer ownership of the picture and the images contained therein to FBnK. FBnK expressly reserves the right to remove any picture posted on its website for any reason. No rights to use FBnK products or intellectual property are transferred to any person as a result of the submission of a picture to FBnK or the posting of a picture that has been submitted on the FBnK website. FBnK will not post submitted pictures that contain inappropriate content. The submittor of a picture expressly agrees to indemnify FBnK in the event that FBnK is damaged as a result of the intentional or negligent actions of the submittor. By submitting a picture, the submittor agrees to hold FBnK harmless and expressly waives any right of action of any kind against FBnK for the use of any picture by third parties taken from FBnKStyle.com without FBnK's express written permission.
